About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven BFSI Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent acquisition and have hands-on experience in hiring for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, especially at the frontline and volume hiring level.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles (Sales, Collections, Customer Service, etc.)
Source candidates using multiple channels – job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, walk-ins
Screen, assess, and schedule candidates in alignment with business requirements
Handle bulk hiring targets within tight timelines
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for BFSI openings
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain databases and MIS reports for hiring status and metrics

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI recruitment
Proven exposure to frontline BFSI hiring – Sales Officers, Relationship Executives, Telesales, etc.
Experience in bulk hiring, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions
Strong sourcing skills via Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
