The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, student counseling, or admissions. You will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing guidance on courses, and converting leads into admissions through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
Counsel students and parents about course offerings, admission procedures, and career prospects.
Explain course details, fees, and benefits to potential students.
Maintain and update the student database with accurate information.
Achieve admission targets through effective counseling and conversion strategies.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Collaborate with the admissions team to enhance enrollment strategies.
Assist students with application forms and documentation.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or admissions.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide clear information.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
